How we check every number
FrameLedger is an independent database of AI video tools. It exists because AI video pricing changes every week and most comparison posts quietly go stale.
Source order
- Official documentation and help centers
- Official pricing pages
- Official announcements
- Other primary sources
- Reputable independent coverage (used only to find leads, never as the final source of a number)
Rules we follow
- Every tool record stores the source URL and the date we last verified it.
- If an official page doesn't state something, the field stays blank and shows "Not verified".
- Vendor marketing, like quality or speed claims, is labeled as a vendor claim.
- Our arithmetic, such as how many clips a credit balance buys, is labeled as our note.
- Any price more than 30 days old is re-checked before it appears in a comparison.
Independence
No affiliate links, ads or sponsored listings appear on the site today. If any are added later, they will be labeled and kept separate from the data, and they won't change it.
Corrections
When a vendor changes a price or we find a mistake, we update the record and log the change, with its source, on the updates page.
Content
This site publishes research, comparisons and written guides. We don't host generated videos or images.
